The job requires Male applicants only
Minimum of 3 years working experience is required for this position.
Applicants must be 22 to 40 years old
Develops and implements strategies for achieving food and beverage goals.
Audits and maintains food safety, including ensuring food-handling employees have necessary safety certifications.
Partcipates in periodoic inventory of food and bevera inventories.
Review approve and set pricing for charges in the menu.
Establishes relationships w/ food vendors and negotiates pricing where possible.
Promotes food and beverage outlets through advertising and public relation campaigns through local sources.
Works closely with restaurant and kitchen managers to maximize revenue while meeting or exceeding guest expectations.
Reports food and beverage revenue, costs, medallia scores, and prepares other reports regularly for management.
Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service.
